Routine maintenance is to a certain extent dependant on the fuel type used, for example a boiler running waste mineral oil will require a periodic (say monthly) brushing out of the ash from the combustion chamber whereas vegetable oil produces no ash. Filters will also require periodic cleaning and water traps, depending on the atmospheric conditions might require a weekly look-in (this is a thirty second job). Our equipment and systems are designed to make routine maintenance easy and there are no engineering skills required in its performance. As with a conventional boiler an annual service is recommended.
on-going service
We are always available to supply and install spare parts and should problems arise, we are contactable 24 hours a day. If necessary, one of our engineers will come to the site to make alterations or repairs. We take great pride in our after sales service and our customers will testify that we are quick and thorough in resolving problems if they arise.
